High x Low Bands Moving Average
This element of indicator with a comparison of Exponetial and Simple Moving Averages, placed in band (21 periods) and Basis Line (9 periods), which changes its position at the intersection of averages 21 and 9.
It is also possible insert all averages (high and low 9, such as high and low 21).
